You're right about balance, and family, and I live my life that way. That being said when it was necessary in my career (like at the commencement of the start of a new real estate career) I think it takes a little bit less balance and a little bit more 'crazy insane activity' to get the momentum kickstarted. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is so easy to read, it took me half an hour, but it will give me a lifetime of advice. I have been in these such situations, as all characters in the book. It can be so easy to blame everyone else, but generally you only have to look in the mirror. Sometimes it is easier said than done to just move on and find new cheese, there seems to be so many obsticles, but once you have gotten past those you do start to see the light a little and move toward it. It's good to read a book that has someone's examples and show how they went from just starting out, to being the success they are today. In saying that, you have to apply what is suggested rather than think it will happen from just thinking about it. The only thing missing was showing that there can be a balance between work and pleasure. I am sure there are plenty of people who find that their family can be just as inportant. A good book to get on track with, and also to read every now and then when you feel things are slipping a little.
