Hi, I’m Glenn Twiddle.

My experience has been working with people in many different capacities over the last ten years. My history includes being a Real Estate Agent, Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Real Estate Principal and Business owner, and Clinical Hypnotherapist.   

I started as a Salesperson and he quickly became the number 1 sales person in the team taking out many awards during my sales career. This was primarily in the competitive inner city Brisbane apartment market. 

My skill at working with clients was equally as effective when working with my colleagues and I was identified by management as an addition to, and eventually to become the head of, the Sales Training department. 

So under the tuition of two of the best Key Note Speakers in Qld, I learned lots, and am still learning today, to become the best Sales Trainer I can be.

Having a career path allowing for development from a Salesperson to a Managing Partner in the business, I became the Principal Licencee and Director of the company.

I have since trained and mentored thousands of real estate agents in my capacity as a Sales Trainer for the Real Estate Institute of Qld (REIQ), Coldwell Banker, the number one real estate franchise in the WORLD, Brisbane Apartment Sales, Alto Real Estate, Ray White Centre for Excellence, LJ Hooker, Richardson and Wrench and many others.

During this time of developing my sales skills, I discovered a modality of training and dealing with people known as Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, and I have been diligently studying this method of dealing with people for many years now. This study is based on Principles of Hypnosis (see Hypnosis section of www.glenntwiddle.com.au) and led me to become fully qualified as a Hypnotist and Hypnotherapist.
